Overview

This 6 Day scenic tour from Delhi covers the picturesque hill stations of Mussoorie and Nainital, along with the wildlife-rich Jim Corbett National Park. Starting with a drive from Delhi to Mussoorie, the itinerary includes visits to iconic attractions like Kempty Falls, Lal Tibba, and Mall Road. After two refreshing days in the Queen of Hills, the journey continues to Jim Corbett for a serene riverside stay and an optional jungle safari. The trip then moves to the charming lake town of Nainital, where highlights include Naini Lake boating, temple visits, and panoramic viewpoints. Optional excursions to nearby lakes like Bhimtal and Sattal add extra charm before concluding with a return to Delhi.

Itinerary

Day 1 : Travel Delhi to Mussoorie

You will be picked up from Delhi Airport or Railway Station and begin your scenic drive to Mussoorie, covering approximately 290 km in 7 to 8 hours. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and take some time to relax. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely walk along Mall Road or Camel’s Back Road, soaking in the pleasant hill station atmosphere and views.

Day 2 : Mussoorie Sightseeing

Enjoy a full day of sightseeing in Mussoorie. Start by visiting the famous Kempty Falls, followed by a stroll through the beautifully maintained Company Garden. You can opt for a cable car ride to Gun Hill for panoramic views of the surrounding hills. Continue to Lal Tibba, the highest point in Mussoorie, offering stunning vistas, and then visit the serene Mussoorie Lake. In the evening, return to your hotel to relax and unwind. Overnight stay in Mussoorie.

Day 3 : Mussoorie to Jim Corbett National Park

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and begin your journey to Jim Corbett, covering approximately 220 km in 6 to 7 hours. Upon arrival, check in to your resort located near Corbett National Park. Spend the evening at leisure. Relax by the riverside, explore the resort’s surroundings, or enjoy in-house activities. Overnight stay in Jim Corbett.

Day 4 : Travel Jim Corbett to Nainital

Start your day early with an optional Jeep Safari inside Jim Corbett National Park (at an additional cost) for a chance to spot wildlife in their natural habitat. After returning to the resort, enjoy breakfast and check out. Then, drive to Nainital, a journey of around 90 km taking approximately 2.5 hours. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and unwind. In the evening, enjoy a peaceful boating experience at Naini Lake, followed by a leisurely stroll through Mall Road and the vibrant Tibetan Market. Overnight stay in Nainital.

Day 5 : Nainital Sightseeing

Explore the charming hill town of Nainital with a full day dedicated to sightseeing. Start with a visit to the revered Naina Devi Temple, a spiritual and cultural landmark located near Naini Lake. Next, head to the Eco Cave Garden, a unique attraction featuring interconnected caves and hanging gardens that offer a fun and educational experience. For panoramic views of the snow-capped Himalayas, you can opt for a thrilling cable car ride to Snow View Point. Continue your journey to Lovers’ Point and Suicide Point, both known for their dramatic landscapes and scenic vistas. Later, visit Hanuman Garhi, a peaceful hilltop temple offering stunning sunset views. Time permitting, consider a scenic drive to nearby lakes like Bhimtal, Sattal, and Naukuchiatal to experience the tranquility of lesser-known natural gems. Overnight stay in Nainital.

Day 6 : Nainital to Delhi Departure

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel before checking out. Begin your return journey to Delhi, covering approximately 300 km in 7 to 8 hours. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at the airport or railway station for your onward journey. Your memorable tour comes to an end.
